Billing, purchases and your data

Can I get a refund?

Apple and Google handle billing and refunds under their own terms, so we can’t issue refunds ourselves. On iPhone, ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, follow Google Play’s refund help. This doesn’t limit any refund right the law in your country gives you.

Does deleting the app cancel my subscription?

No. Deleting the app, or using Delete data in Settings, doesn’t cancel it, and we can’t cancel it for you. Cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions, or from Manage subscription in the app’s Settings. You keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

I reinstalled TallPlan or got a new phone. How do I get Premium back?

Sign in to the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with, open the app’s Settings and tap Restore purchase. There’s no TallPlan account to sign in to: the subscription belongs to your store account.

Can you bring back my measurements and logs?

We can’t. Your measurements, logs and answers are stored only on your phone and aren’t synced to our servers. If your phone was backed up, for example to iCloud or Google, restoring that backup may bring them back.

How do I delete my data?

Delete data in the app’s Settings erases everything TallPlan stores on your phone. To also delete what our analytics and subscription providers hold, write to us with the app’s Contact support button: TallPlan has no accounts, and the button adds the app’s random identifier, which is the only way we can find your data. We reply within the time the law sets, usually one month.

What helps when reporting a bug?

What you tapped, what happened and what you expected, plus your phone model and system version. If a screenshot shows the problem, email it to us, since the form takes text only.
